confused and disapointed

Sounds great Looks great but so far very confused when i hit info it goes to com center then nothing no directions no nothing
cant adjust size of button cant place button by its self. description sounds great but after purchase its ben a let down would love
any advice on this app thank you ps like 1 touch call app much better so far
